The Director of Education has issued a circular expressing concern that the number of driving accidents among students among students is increasing, resulting in tragic traffic accidents and endangering public safety.

The directions come after a devastating accident involving a Thar vehicle traveling at high speed led to the death of two school-going teenagers in Srinagar last week.
